How it works – arriving at the parking lot

1) Arrive, take a ticket and choose a parking spot
During peak season (June to August), we recommend calling in advance to check availability. You can reach us daily from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. at +43 664 127 0 200. Important: Keep your ticket ouf ot direct sunlight – do not leave it behind your car’s windshield.

2) Call your shuttle
Call +43 1 7007 359 10 any time – day or night – to request your personal shuttle taxi, operated by our partner ATS – Airport Transfer Services. A vehicle will usually arrive within 10–15 minutes.

3) Direct transfer to the terminal
Travel directly to your terminal at Vienna Airport – no long walks, no crowded public transport. Transfer time from the parking lot to the airport: approx. 7 minutes

Returning – Getting back to your car
Taxis are available just outside the arrivals hall at the airport. They will take you straight back to your parking facility in Mannswörth. Use the entrance next tot he gate, pay at the machine, and exit the parking lot within 15 minute after payment ((extra charges apply if you exceed the 15 min time limit).
